Taylor, newly assigned command sergeant major of the 318th TPASE. The battalion conducted a change or responsibility ceremony at the Paul G. Schulstad Army Reserve Center, Arlington Heights, Illinois, Nov 14, 2020, welcoming Taylor and bidding farewell to McAllen with more than 31 years of service. Due to COVID-19, all attendees were required to wear masks and maintain social distancing standards.
