Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 det. Guam communications platoon conduct field training on how to set up an OE-254, an omnidirectional very high frequency (VHF) antenna. The two day communications class was in preparation for the battalions upcoming communications exercise (COMMEX) and mount out exercise (MOX).
