NEX Pearl Harbor held a tree lighting ceremony on Nov. 10. Participants in the tree lighting followed social distancing and wore cloth face coverings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. NEX Hawaii District Vice President, Jon Kawata, and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam commanding officer, Capt. Erik Spitzer, gave brief remarks before the tree with lit. The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is comprised of 14,000 personnel worldwide facilitating six business lines, NEX retail stores, the Navy Lodge Program, Telecommunications Program, Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility, Ships Store Program and the Uniform Program Management Office.
