DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Nov. 19, 2020) – Capt. R. Wade Blizzard, the commanding officer of U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia, reads a letter of commendation to Ritchie Columns, the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites (NGIS) program manager, for being selected as the runner-up Navy Lodging Program Manager of the Year Nov. 2020. NGIS provides lodging to DOD and Military Members around the world.
