U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Jason Butler, a tuba player with the 380th Army Reserve Band, is the first of the ensemble to arrive at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond, Virginia for the 64th annual Commonwealth’s Veterans Day Ceremony, Nov. 11, 2020.
