(Nov. 18, 2020) – Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB) Quality Assurance Specialist and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Certified Fiber Optic Instructor Edward Santana (right), explains new fiber optic technology developed by TRFB to Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development & Acquisition (ASN(RD&A)) Mr. James F.
