201120-N-SS900-1407 PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2020) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 1st Class Tyler Hatfield, a native of Fergus Falls, Minn., observes the approach of a CMV-22B Osprey from the “Titans” of Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM) 30 from the flight deck of Nimitz-class nuclear aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). This evolution marked the first time the Navy’s CMV-22B Ospreys have landed on a carrier. Vinson is currently underway conducting routine maritime operations.
