A Nebraska Army National Guard CH-47 Chinook helicopter with Company B, 2-135th General Support Aviation Battalion, flies over Lincoln, Nebraska, where the Capitol Building can be viewed below. The photo was taken during a practice flyover session before their official flyover of Memorial Stadium scheduled for Nov. 21, 2020, for the Nebraska Cornhuskers football game against the University of Illinois. Also during the practice flyover on Nov. 19, 2020, the helicopter crew was able to honor Sgt. Ivan Messersmith, a Nebraska Army National Guard Soldier with Co. B and a University of Nebraska-Lincoln student, who recently passed away.
