Task Force Oceania’s Maj. Ruby Gee, liaison coordination assessment team officer-in-charge meets with Chaplain Rui Capelao, Falintil-Forças de Defesa de Timor-Leste to discuss future engagements between chaplains from partnering forces at F-FDTL headquarters in Dili, Oct. 27. Task Force Oceania helps coordinate linked engagements and exercises with allies and partners, improving the quality of those exchanges, building capacity, and achieving interoperability. Task Force Oceania provides a forward U.S. presence that deepens the relationship with our allies and partners in Oceania.
