All of the Thanksgiving Day menu items at the Bamford Dining Facility on Fort Bliss, Texas, are prepared in house from scratch. Approximately 600 Soldiers are expected to dine in-person for a Thanksgiving meal on Nov. 26, 2020, and the cooks will prepare another 500 takeout meals for Soldiers in quarantine.
