Members from the Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston Facilities/ Containers Division coordinate and conduct a Multi-Agency Strike Force Operation (MASFO) in Houston, Texas, Nov. 23, 2020. MASFOs combine law enforcement authorities with other agencies' authorities to enforce regulations on the transport of hazardous materials and other cargos by container and also helps identify structural deficiencies in containers.
