201124-N-DJ838-1032 SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 24, 2020) Seabees assigned to U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Detail Guam, NMCB-133 and Airmen assigned to the U.S. Air Force 554th RED HORSE Squadron review the controls of a paver screed as part of sand laydown training in preparation for joint paving operations for 68,222 square-feet of the KD Range Road on Naval Base Guam. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
