    Brig. Gen. Ed Burley, commander of the 352nd Civil Affairs Command, gives a Japanese katana to Command Sgt. Maj. Harry Bennett, the unit’s outgoing command sergeant major, Aug. 11 during a change of responsibility ceremony at Fort McHenry in Baltimore. Bennett, who lives in Chapel Hill, N.C., turned the reins over to Command Sgt. Maj. Earl Rocca, the former command sergeant major of the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade.
