Out of state passengers arriving at Albany International Airport turn in information forms upon arrival at Albany, N.Y., Dec. 3, 2020. The forms are part of a N.Y. state mandate that travelers coming from states deemed to be "red" must inform the state of where they intend to quarantine for the recommended 14 days either by filling out a form upon arrival or filling it out online, with members of the N.Y. National Guard assisting in ensuring the forms are filled out. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Ryan Campbell)
