Dana Pitsey, assigned to the “Red Lancers” of Patrol Squadron (VP) 10, prepares to conduct preflight checks on a P-8A Poseidon at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, in support of Pre-Overseas Movement Certification (POMCERT) for the Virginia-class submarine USS Vermont (SSN 792).
