Second Lt. Ericka Boney, 146th Expeditionary Signal Brigade, Florida Army National Guard, is promoted to 1st Lt. by Brigadier General Win Burkett, deputy commander of operations for Task Force Spartan, Dec. 2, 2020. Burkett then administered the oath of office which reaffirms a Soldier's commitment to faithfully serve their country.
