The plaque which records recipients of the Eugene M. Zuckert Management Award is on display prior to Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley's presentation of the award to Lt. Gen. Burton Field during a Pentagon ceremony, Aug. 14, 2012. Field received the award for his time as commander of U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force at Yokota Air Base, Japan, and his leadership during the humanitarian assistance and disaster relief efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Field is currently the deputy chief of staff for operations, plans and requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C.
