U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Andrew Jamison, 48th Munitions Squadron munitions systems journeyman, attaches the wings to the rocket motor of an AIM-9M infrared-guided missile at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, Nov. 18, 2020, for use in a live missile fire exercise. The tactical warhead was replaced with an inert warhead, however, the rocket motor still contained 60 lbs. of explosives along with a live guidance and control system, and target detector.
