Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller is briefed about “Bigfoot,” a self-propelled semisubmersible watercraft on display at Joint Interagency Task Force South, Key West, Fla., Dec. 16, 2020. The vessel was intercepted by the U.S. Coast Guard off the coast of Costa Rica in Nov. 2006, carrying 4.1 tons of cocaine.
