Gen. David M. Rodriguez, U.S. Army Forces Command, commanding general, recognizes Pvt. April Hayne, Operations Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Armored Division, for her accomplishments while at the Division Tactical Assault Command at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif., Aug. 15.
