U.S. Army Gen. Stephen Townsend, commanding general, Africa Command (AFRICOM), is greeted by U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Lapthe Flora, commanding general, Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), Dec. 16, 2020, at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.
