(USMC) machine gunners assigned to 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines conduct a night course of fire with the M240G Medium Machine-Gun at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Dec 11, 2020. The USMC machine gunner is responsible for the tactical employment of the 7.62 mm Medium Machine-Gun, the 50 cal., and 40mm Heavy Machine-Gun, and their support vehicle.
