CONSTANTA, Romania – The moon rises over vehicles waiting to be loaded onto a nearby ship at the beginning of what would be a long night of work for Soldiers and their civilian partners. 80 Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment out of Fort Stewart, Ga. loaded 260 vehicles and shipping containers in 12 hours here on Nov. 23 in what was the final step of a month-long process of the redeployment of equipment and troops back to their home station.
