    The USARAK Commander Maj. Gen. Peter Andrysiak (left) joined Fort Wainwright Garrison Commander Col. Christopher Ruga (middle) and the 402nd Army Field Support Battalion-Alaska Commander Lt. Col. L. Pily Restrepo for the ceremonial ribbon cutting for the first Combat Readiness Training Facility (CRTF). Two CRTFS allow the Arctic Warriors a climate-controlled space to train during the harsh winter months.
