Ian Dinesen, 316th Security Forces Group commander, received the new Moderna vaccine at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Dec. 30, 2020. Approximately 12 individuals representing the 316th MDG, 316th SFG, and 316th CES's Fire Department were vaccinated on the first day of Phase One vaccinations on base.
