Explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technicians with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), connect detonation lines to C4 charges during an EOD demolition range on Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 22, 2020. EOD demo range training familiarizes and enhances the Marines’ ability to properly detonate and dispose of explosive ordnance. The 31st MEU, the Marine Corps’ only continuously forward-deployed MEU, provides a flexible and lethal force ready to perform a wide range of military operations as the premier crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific region.
