Joseph Roach, a Navy chaplain, discuss disaster relief efforts in response to the San Diego wildfires with Master Chief Petty Officer Mark Parkstone, the senior enlisted leader on board Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. More than 268 military personnel and their families have evacuated their homes to seek shelter in a 500-person tent camp set up by ACB-1 on Turner Field at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado.
