Master Sgt. Maily Groeschel, 23d Health Care Operations Squadron flight chief, readies a syringe with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, Jan. 15, 2021, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. The 23d Medical Group conducted a COVID vaccination drive-thru for members that fall in the first tier of the DOD distribution plan. The drive-thru allowed for patients to remain in their vehicles while being administered the vaccine which reduced wait times and increased the number of patients served.
