PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2020) – U.S. Navy Airman Iliana Julien pulls the chock and chains from a U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter attached to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 164 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22). The Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group and the 15th MEU are currently conducting routine operations in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations.
