Ronald Gibbens, Logistics Readiness Center Fort Greely, Alaska, retired from the military service in 1982 and from civil service in 2001. In 2003 he went to work for a contractor on the same installation and accepted a rehired annuitant position in 2009, reverting back into civilian service as motor vehicle operator/fleet manager.
