Dempsey, 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, gives a press conference during the ground breaking ceremony of the Stirling Solar Array, a renewable energy project at Tooele Depot, Utah, Aug. 17, 2012. General Dempsey visited Utah to attend the ground breaking ceremony for the project and do an air tour over Army resources in Utah. The Stirling Solar Array is the country's first utility-scale renewable energy project to partner the Army with private corporations.
