Soldiers role-play the third watch during a skit highlighting the traditions of the Non-commissioned Officer Corps during a NCO induction ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Nov. 2. Before becoming NCOs, Soldiers were required to do a watch once every four days. At the third watch, the company first sergeant was presented with his gift of a piece of tobacco and a glass of wine on a tin plate. The 22 Soldiers inducted are assigned to the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater) and the 640th Special Troops Battalion.
