Maj. Gen. James R. Camp (left), Ohio assistant adjutant general for Air, is “pinned” with his new two-star rank by his wife, Cynthia, Jan. 8, 2021, during a promotion ceremony at the Maj. Gen. Robert S. Beightler Armory in Columbus, Ohio. Camp, who has served as the assistant adjutant general since November 2018, is responsible for directing the Ohio Air National Guard’s day-to-day operations and administration, and helping establish policy to ensure mission readiness of personnel in four flying wings and six support units.
