Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Jesus Rios, along with a group of line handlers aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cape St. George (CG 71), heave the messenger line during a replenishment at sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10).
