Lt. Col. John McRae, commander of the 682nd Engineer Battalion, Minnesota Army National Guard, do a perimeter inspection of the staging area for the 850th Vertical Engineering Battalion with Col. Tad Vanyo, Commander of Team Crowd which includes 15,075 National Guard members from the states of Missouri, Illinois, Minnesota, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands at Washington D.C. on Jan. 19, 2021.
