A U.S. Marine with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, begins the check-out process after being administered the COVID-19 vaccine at Goettge Memorial Field House on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Jan. 25, 2021. In order to facilitate a maximum throughput of II Marine Expeditionary Force personnel, the field house was temporarily reconfigured by the base to serve as a COVID-19 vaccination center exclusively for them.
