William (Bill) Barriage, Fort Hamilton’s Logistics Readiness Center Director, will retire Jan. 31, 2021 with 34 years of combined government service. He retired from the U.S. Army Reserve in 2020, as a major general, from the Pentagon as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G4 Mobilization & Training.
