Soldiers from CFT-2 (cross-functional team) – comprised of elements of 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), 4th Psychological Operations Group, and 96th Civil Affairs (Special Operations) (Airborne) – load gear, including a RZR ultra-light tactical vehicle, onto a trailer just before heading to “The Box” training area. They will spend the next two weeks in the training area as part of an exercise being held in conjunction with the 82nd Airborne at the Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, Louisiana, January, 31 2021. Considered the Army’s premier combat training center, JRTC provides U.S. military units and personnel with realistic pre-deployment training scenarios in all aspects of armed conflict.
