Command Master Chief Marco Ramirez, U.S. Navy Sixth Fleet Command master chief, fires one of the weapons systems of a Striker Vehicle during the Combatant Commander's Conference Aug. 22, 2012. The 2012 Combatant Commander's Conference, which takes place Aug. 22-23, at the Joint Multinational Training Command, or JMTC, in Grafenwoehr, Germany is hosted by the United States Army in Europe and brings Europe's combatant commanders and senior enlisted adviser's together to discuss issues, challenges and opportunities to develop interoperability and unity of effort. The JMTC is the U.S. Army's largest overseas training command and regularly provides U.S. and international soldiers facilities and opportunities to train in a sophisticated, complex, and real-time battle environment.
