Airmen from the 474th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron/Base Emergency Engineering Force work to tie down security netting near Office of Military Commissions facilities on Naval Base Guantanamo Bay in preparation for tropical storm Isaac. Many precautions are being taken to prepare for the storm including passing out emergency food and water rations to the troops, securing small boats and vehicles and reviewing emergency procedures should the storm become too dangerous.
