Devonte Crawford (right), assigned to 128th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, a cell phone used in in-processing for troops. Both are members of the Pennsylvania National Guard’s Task Force Panther, a 450-member multi-service task force established to assist federal law enforcement agencies in Washington, D.C. The task force departed Fort Indiantown Gap Feb. 3.
