1st Lt. Nicholas Plocar views an exhibit in the National Guard Museum in Washington D.C. alongside Sgt. Mark Fuggiti. Plocar is a member of one of the Army National Guard's Best Ranger Team 2012. Fuggiti is Soldier of the Year. The Soldiers visited D.C. along with the Non-commissioned of the Year, Sgt. Mark Howard and the Recruiter of the Year, Sgt. 1st Class Craig Wester, as a part of a week-long tour of national sites and monuments and meetings with Guard leadership to honor and recognize them for their success and accomplishments in this years Best Warrior Competition.
