U.S. Navy Intensive Care Unit nurses, from the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, Calif., shadow their assigned nurse manager, Elisha Riggins, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas, Jan. 29, 2021. The Navy medical personnel received orientation on their assigned floor and were introduced to their civilian counterparts during shadowing.
