U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Michael Milito, a maintenance technician with Marine Air Control Squadron 4, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, participates in Security Augmentation Force certification training on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 5, 2021. SAF certification requires mastery of key skills to include proper employment of detainee handling procedures and non-lethal weapons tactics directly after contact with oleoresin capsicum, or “OC,” spray.
