Personnel from the 378th Air Expeditionary Wing trained with Royal Saudi Air Force Police Wing members in a joint counter unmanned aerial system exercise Jan. 27, 2021 at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the exercise, security forces from the 378th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, explosive ordnance technicians from 378th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron and Marines from the 2nd Low Altitude Aerial Defense Battalion practiced and refined anti-drone tactics, techniques and procedures. The exercise allowed USAF, USMC and RSAF personnel to learn from one another while strengthening partnerships and enhancing base defense capabilities.
