Naval Support Activity Panama City Commanding Officer Cmdr. Kevin Christenson presented Ofc. Matthew Moskowitz, Security Department, with a letter of appreciation, Dec. 7. In September, Moskowitz found an undeclared weapon and narcotics while conducting a vehicle inspection during a delivery to shipping and receiving. Moskowitz's quick action prevented the introduction of illegal and illicit contraband and the unlawful entry into a federal installation with a firearm.
