Sgt. Maj. Carlos A. Ruiz, incoming sergeant major for Marine Forces Reserve, and Sgt. Maj. Scott D. Grade, outgoing sergeant major for MARFORRES, report to Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, commander of MARFORRES, during a relief and appointment ceremony held at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Feb. 4, 2021.
