Command Sgt. Maj. Jim Horn, command sergeant major for Task Force Spartan, watches as a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, from Bravo Battery, 5th Battalion, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, is moved into a firing position, Feb. 3, 2021, at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.
