    Spc. Anndy Mencias (right), an HR specialist, leads Soldiers in doing
    the “high jumper” exercise during physical readiness training (PRT) at Fort Hood, Texas, on Jan. 30, 2021. They are not only exercising for physical training, but also to give junior Soldiers practice in leading physical training sessions to prepare for Army Basic Leader Course, where they will be formally evaluated on this task.
