U.S. Army Spc. Tristan Pettit with the 349th Psychological Operations Company checks the cables of a PTM-100 portable radio tower at Combat Outpost Jaker, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Aug. 15, 2012. The tower will be moved to another location before being put back in service. The 349th is deployed to Afghanistan supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
